The organization manages and maintains a portfolio of family and senior rental properties, overseeing property management functions such as lease administration, rent collection, occupancy compliance, and daily maintenance to ensure adherence to safety, health, and USDA Rural Development standards. Delta Housing Development Corporation also administers housing rehabilitation and capital improvement projects funded through federal, state, and local programs, ensuring full compliance with HUD and USDA regulations.
Through these efforts, Delta Housing Development Corporation strengthens communities by promoting safe living environments, improving housing conditions, and supporting partnerships that advance workforce development, neighborhood stability, and long-term sustainability.
