Who is Delta Housing Development Corporation
The Delta Housing Development Corporation (DHDC), also known as the Delta Housing Development Corporation Division, is a non-profit, minority-owned community development corporation that focuses on providing affordable housing and community development services in the Mississippi Delta region. DHDC is dedicated to stabilizing and growing rural communities through the creation and maintenance of affordable housing for disadvantaged families, with the understanding that homeownership leads to asset development and community pride.
