Michellda Bradshaw, ED.S, MPA

Michellda Bradshaw, Ed.S., is a proud native of Mound Bayou, Mississippi—affectionately known as the “Chocolate City”—and a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and community leader. A 1997 Salutatorian of John F. Kennedy Memorial High School and former Miss JFK Memorial High School, she demonstrated early leadership as a two-year captain of the varsity girls’ basketball team. Michellda earned degrees in Business Administration, Athletic Administration (Sports Management), Education Specialist studies, and Public Administration from Mississippi Valley State University, Delta State University, Eastern Michigan University, Nova Southeastern University, and Strayer University. Her career spans education, public health, business, and healthcare, including service as a licensed teacher, Public Health Educator with the Mississippi State Department of Health, and Chief Financial Officer of J&O Real Estate Investors, a family-owned company founded by her late father that provides affordable housing across several Mississippi communities. She has also held executive roles in healthcare ventures, is the owner of Goshen School of Cosmetology & Barbering, and serves as Executive Director of Wellness Oasis II. Active in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and community development organizations, Michellda is a devoted mother of two and a faithful member of Dominion City Church, with her life reflecting a deep commitment to service, family, faith, and God’s grace.
